Via our website - Our websites use ’cookies’ which are text files placed on your computer when you visit a site which help us understand how you use our websites. Through our mailing list - If you sign up to our mailing list you will receive occasional information and promotional emails from us.

No other information is held. Your details are added to our mailing list if you have ever attended the festival or joined our mailing list via the subscribe form on our website.
Our mailing list data is for the use of T21 Productions and is not shared with any third parties.
By contacting us - If you send us an email or contact us via one of the forms on our website, including applications to trade, perform or volunteer, then we may retain whatever data you provide to us. This normally includes your name and email address. We will ensure that all personal data you supply is held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
